JPSO Investigating Burglaries At Used Car Lots

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in investigating a series of burglaries at used car lots in Metairie.

Two incidents took place at Bond Prix Auto at 3724 Airline Drive, one on April 7 where a gun was also stolen.  The other was on April 15 where the suspects were caught on a security camera ramming the gate with a red or maroon colored 4-door 2006 Chevrolet Impala which should show signs of damage. Pieces of a tail-light were found at the scene.

Investigators believe the Impala was stolen from Jefferson Auto Plex at 2020 Airline Drive in Kenner on April 4.

Other incidents took place April 15 along North Causeway Boulevard at A-Quality Auto Sales and Express Auto.  The most recent was early Wednesday morning at the Dealin' Doug's location at 6900 Veterans Boulevard.

The suspects are all believed to be black males, with one having multiple tattoos on his right arm.

If you have any information, you're asked to call Crimestoppers at 822-1111 or the JPSO Burglary Division at 504-364-5300.
